We believe that there is an important link between our work and all the people we interact with on a daily basis, and that we have a responsibility as an organisation to help make this world a better place. We know that this might sound a bit funny coming from a construction and renovation company but we honestly believe that every little bit helps. If our actions result in someone’s happiness, or if we can make someone’s life better then we will do it, which is why we have developed a Customer First Approach. We will take that extra step to ensure your environment is safe and clean, we will double check our jobs to ensure your satisfaction and we pledge to deliver our very best and to do everything we can to make sure that providing you with a top quality finished product is our priority.

Code of Compliance

This policy is designed to complement our corporate values while adding specific responses – without restricting the personal responsibilities of the parties involved. An important requirement of compliance at DCI Ltd is that all employees and trades people know and observe the laws and regulations concerning their work. Each service must be fully and comprehensively described in a formal agreement prior to performance. All work and business processes and or services must be clearly documented to ensure proper understanding and compliance. Our code also requires all parties to work with safety and accident prevention as their number one priority, and strive to exceed industry standards in this regard. DCI employees and management must also be sure to act in a respectful manner at all times.

Environmental Responsibility

Let’s face it, the days where a company can disregard the environment are over. Environmentally conscious construction (green, LEED), corporate social and environmental responsibility, and national environmental standards are requirements for any business, and at DC Innovative we wouldn’t have it any other way. We live in one of the most beautiful places in the world and we want to ensure that it stays just as beautiful for our children, your children and for future generations. This is why DCI voluntarily strives to exceed environmental requirements at all of our jobs. We believe that being environmentally responsibility is the right thing to do and we are thankful that we can do our part.
